PIS ( Personal Information System)
PIS is a database application that maintains andd mange all the demographic and service profile of a civil servent. Simiply put the application is a electronic format of the sheet roll that every civil servant must fill up during his/her first appointemt. the PIS maintains the vital information of an employee such as Sheet Roll. Number , name , DOB , gender , father name and grandfather's name, permantent adderess, PF number, CIT number. Similary, the sytem also keep track of all the service events of and employee during his career within the civil cervice service such as appointements, transfers, promotions, placement, educational background , awards, training details, medical allowances, disciplinary actions. with such feature rich application, the system maintain the complete organizational structure of the government of Nepal and is classified by various service groupus, posts and postions. In additon, iss able to generate the entire payroll detils( Talabi Pratibyaden) for an employee base on his/her PIS Data.
